Application fees are $30 for the first applicant and $20 for each additional. Deposits are currently on special for $150 non-refundable administration fee and can range to one month's rent based on the application decision outcome. Lease terms can range from 3 months to 12 months. Resident's are resonsible for gas and electric. The property is responsibe for water, sewer and trash.
